Pureplay is a new line of clothing (currently sweatshirts, hoodies and t-shirts with more possibly coming in the future) that's made using environmentally friendly recycled materials and processes. As part of their initial marketing materials, I photographed "regular people" (i.e. not models) wearing their designs at work, home, play, etc. - just going about their everyday lives. While I will admit that adults don't usually hang out on tire swings in their everyday lives, hey, who am I to judge? I've posted a handful of my favorites, along with a few personal shots for good measure.
According to the Hertz Neverlost, we are currently almost across the Hudson in our Mazda submarine. Later, when we were on the northern tip of Manhattan, it told us we were in suburban Jersey. THANKS NEVERLOST!!! Thank God for the iPhone and Google maps.
This room was not set up, promise - and all of these clothes are clean.
I was lucky enough to be in NYC on business when 2 of my favorite entities in the world, Apple & The New Pornographers, combined their powers to defy the laws of physics that govern how much awesome can occur in one place at one time. Being that I was seated, all of my photos are from the same vantage point. Notice my amazing proximity to the stage - waiting 2 hours in freezing temps is a small price to pay for a front row seat.
